I think I want to be a baker. Own and operate my own bakery.
Nothing at Evergreen could prepare me for that.
I may go to a different school.

Heather and I have been planning a baking day for forevs. Maybe we could make it a tradition. I am waiting for my dough to rise as I type.

that's a little strange, because lately, that is the only thing i can see myself being happy doing. owning a bakery and working in it. not working in someone else's bakery, not owning just any old business, but owning a bakery. mostly cupcakes are what i'm interested in right now. maybe cinnamon rolls in the mornings. my friend hannah is into it too. bake bake bake.
